Kit comes with a real 1.5 ounce milk chocolate Hershey bar inside a 5x7 inch chocolate brown frame.  Frame holds bar and a cardstock picture which reads "In Case Of Emergency....Break Glass"

Back of frame may bulge a little due to the candy bar, but does not mess with the emergency kit being able to sit on your desk or hang on your wall.
